This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. This impact is our purpose and drives us to do better every day.About the Role:We are looking for a Federal Engagement Manager to join our Public Sector Professional Services team under the Customer Success organization. As an Engagement Manager, you will assure customer success by driving customer satisfaction throughout the Professional services life-cycle for key Public Sector customers, from orchestrating the engagement to successful delivery and beyond.What You Will Do:Own and lead selected, simultaneous customer engagements and manage customer expectations (3-5 accounts)Prepare client facing and internal collateral such as solution presentations, project plans, and status reportsPlan and manage project activities and oversee completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring success. Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycleConsult with customers to understand and analyze engagement scope, requirements, time, cost, and benefitsEmbody the One Team spirit. Collaborate with other departments like Sales and Engineering to work on offerings and proposals containing Professional ServicesRepresent Professional Services within customer planning sessions and formulate a PS strategy for assigned accountsWhat You Will Bring:Excellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with critical customer situationsStrong service delivery, time, project, and priority management skillsExperience in project financial fundamentalsLove for work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment and ability to keep pace with constant changeAbility (and willingness) to travel up to 25% of the time to client engagementsProficient English speaking and writing skills are a mustUS DoD Security clearance, or the ability to obtainCome As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
