Connecting clients to markets and talent to opportunityWith 4,300 employees and over 400,000 retail and institutional clients from more than 80 offices spread across five continents, were a Fortune-100, Nasdaq-listed provider, connecting clients to the global markets focusing on innovation, human connection, and providing world-class products and services to all types of investors.Whether you want to forge a career connecting our retail clients to potential trading opportunities, or ingrain yourself in the world of institutional investing, The StoneX Group is made up of four segments that offer endless potential for progression and growth.Business Segment Overview:Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.Responsibilities:Position Purpose:Establish new listed futures and options clearing and execution accounts as well as introducing their existing relationships to StoneX Inc.Primary duties will include:Prospects and develops new client relationships within our marketplace.Develops new clearing relationshipsDevelops a structed sales plan to target new business such as: attending conferences, utilizing industry conference lists of attendees, networking with existing client base.Manages clearing and execution accounts to ensure the satisfaction of the client relationship.Monitors your book of business and analyze several daily reports which includes daily PNL fluctuations, risk, revenue generated, and return on capital.Maintaining your leads, opportunities, current book of business on SalesforceUnderstanding clients financial condition and retrieving updated financials annually.Understanding all StoneXs products and servicing to identify cross-sell opportunities.Understanding StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, and Power BIUnderstands marketplace dynamics and key players.Earns the respect and confidence of the client organization by consistently delivering a high level of serviceThis list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:To land this role you will need:Must have a current book of business. Should have annual production (revenue / P&L) exceeding $500,000. Current book of business in listed futures and options. Market the firms services to existing clients as well as new prospects.Extensive knowledge of the Futures industry and FCM experience requiredMust possess excellent sales ability / experienceAbility to plan, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks and projects to ensure target dates and goals are met.Effective analytical abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)High ethical standardsStrong interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment, well organized and detail orientedAbility to travel to clients as requiredMaintains prompt and regular attendance.Education / Certification Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related fieldSeries 3 requiredWorking environment:Hybrid, In-Office 3 DaysHiring Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 with a monthly bonus payout based on percentage of revenue (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This
