This position is based in Charlotte.The Sr. Manager of Channel Development manages Haywards North American channel strategy to drive revenue growth, optimize market share, and enhanced partner relationships. Responsible for the implementation of channel strategy, business plans, policies and growth initiatives relative to some of Haywards largest North America national accounts.Responsibilities:Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to drive partner advocacy and growthDevelop and execute large national account growth strategies, upsell opportunities, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize account valueAssist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial, long-term agreementsManage channel agreements to ensure alignment with company strategy and financial forecastImplement channel sales plan to achieve agreed-upon growth and profit objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and run channel programs and initiativesWork closely with field teams to provide ongoing sales support to realize growth potential of channel partnersSupport senior leadership and internal teams with the latest partner insights and impactful developmentsPlan and coordinate annual key account meetings, trade shows, and conferencesMonitor channel partner performance and provide regular sales and operational based on established KPIsPrepare sales presentations, performance analytics, and quarterly business reviewsMonitor data, market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiationStay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and best practices to drive continuous improvement50% travelQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; MBA is a plusProven track record of success in sales management, partner relationships, and channel leadership roles, preferably in the pool equipment or related industryStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with overall business goalsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational efficiency and performanceEnjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and driving results through collaboration and teamworkExperience traveling and conducting meetings remotelyPosition based at Hayward Global Headquarters Charlotte, North Carolina#LI-YS1
