Captivation Software is looking for a mid level training specialist who will assist with daily responsibilities on the program.
ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise to draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audiencePerform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training.Analyze training problems to identify training needs.Design, develop and conduct training. Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy.Brief military and agency personal while conveying operational conceptsDevelop and improve training plans and curriculum based on feedbackPerform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policyDraft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience.Develop and implement a common SIGINT collection management training partnership between various departments to optimize SIGINT collection operations in support of Combatant Commands, and partners.RequirementsSecurity Clearance:
Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizenMinimum Qualifications:A minimum of nine (9) years of electrical engineering or computer science experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems. Experience should include designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses and associated materials, including slides, diagrams, student guides, practical activities, and assessments.Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent (four years) documented combination of training and experience.A minimum of three (3) years of experience with VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation and characteristics, radio equipment and antennas.A minimum of three (3) years of experience with wireless communication technologies such as: GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFiThis position is open for direct hires only. We will not consider candidates from third party staffing/recruiting firms.
