We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team at the Buckhead location in Atlanta, GA. As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they needProvide expert advice on our range of eyelash extension supplies and productsProcess customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean and organized front-end area, including product displays and signageAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionallyCollaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothlyStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendationsWork Location :

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentValid drivers license and reliable transportation is a mustMinimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent serviceBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsKnowledge of Shopify is a plus! (not required)Knowledge of eyelash extension products or beauty industry is a plusAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysBenefits
