Learn how we are building one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in history: .The Director, Retail Media Programs is an e-commerce expert responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building strategic advertising programs for Spreetail vendors across channel advertising and retail media platforms. This role works with our Retail Media Strategy, BBE, and Media Investment to sell the ideal vendor-funded program to our brands. Our ideal candidate can clearly articulate and sell our brands on why they should invest in Spreetail as their key advertising partner. + Builder & Implementer Mindset. Ensure you are swift, create value, and decrease problems.+ Strategic Insight: We have big plans; we need you to have the ability to think big about Spreetail and the overall external landscape.**What experiences will help you in this role:**+ Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties, and/or projects; Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.+ Experience in creating a clear vision and the ability to articulate that vision.+ Proven experience communicating data insight to support pitching and selling client advertising services.+ Paid digital media strategy, eCommerce, or paid search agency.
