to provide logitics support for the Three Dimensional Long Range Radar (3DELRR) program .
The 3DELRR TPY-4 is designed to serve as the organic radar for the U.S. Air Force Control and Reporting Center (CRC) Weapon System (WS), providing the capability to perform long-range detection of both aircraft and theater ballistic missiles.

TBDREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSBachelors or Masters Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoDMust be able to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.MUST have in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).Strong oral and written communication skills required.Candidate must have an active US security clearance.RESPONSIBILITIES :Assist in the implementation of robust logistics and sustainment support processes to address the lifecycle requirements of the TACP program.Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services that include drafting and reviewing logistics documentation to include ILS Plans (ILSPs), RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), CDRLs, SEPs, LCMPs, Technical Manuals (TMs), Technical Orders, FCA/PCA documents, and Depot Source of Repair (DSOR).Provide analyses of the development /sustainment contractors ILS program, data deliveries, pre-award surveys, design reviews, and support-related testing.Document, evaluate, and review the development/sustainment systems life cycle cost analyses and repair level analyses.Developing logistics instructions for operational organizations regarding field implementations of system logistics concepts.Supporting the transition of systems to the sustainment phase with particular emphasis on transitioning from Interim Contractor Support (ICS) to the AF Depot and second-level engineering infrastructures.Coordinate procurement of logistics deliverables (e.g., spares, support equipment, and training support).Integrate system upgrade documentation into logistics information repositories.Support provisioning, inventory and asset management, inventory and asset accountability, and site surveys.Provide Life Cycle Logistics support required for the sustainment of the TACP. The Logistics Manager must possess experience and knowledge of the characteristics, uses and properties of the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics system support and sustainment.Reviewing and applying Life Cycle Logistics Acquisition policy to a variety of system development, fielding and sustainment methodologies.Analyzing system level requirements and advising on Life Cycle Logistics sustainment approaches, sparing and maintenance needs.Reading and interpreting project specifications, equipment requirements and engineering data and providing expertise and advice in a team setting.Analyzing/supervising maintenance, repair or production operations to determine methods of improvement.Responsible for all Logistics aspects of initiating a new contract, participating in Source Selection as well as Fielding, Maintaining and Sustaining the system(s) after award.Accurately assess, develop, recommend, plan, and implement effective logistics solutions across various Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.Identify/define product support requirements, assess status, identify shortfalls, and coordinate with stakeholders to develop required actions and plans to overcome any identified shortfalls.Provide support and advice for Technical Orders (TOs), Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) integration, maintenance and mission crew training, support equipment, manufacturing/production oversight.Responsible for the management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), supply chain management and configuration/ data management, Interim Contractor Support (ICS).Assist in the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) strategies and manufacturing as well as assist in the development of logistics technical baseline requirements documents.Who We Are
