to save the day for our residential and commercial customers as the first responder for water-related emergencies. This Lead Technician position works a
full-time, 40 hour a week mitigation position that requires a rotating on-call shift, including some weekends and holidays.
This position earns a
competitive wage of $34.00/hour.

CERTIFIED WATER MITIGATION AND RESTORATION - TECHNICIAN
As our Certified Water Mitigation and Restoration - Technician, you are a first responder to restoration job sites. You see the client through the entire process from beginning to end. You're the calm after the storm, and your helpful demeanor eases worried homeowners. You provide top-rate customer service through calls, scheduling, and meeting them to assess their needs. With attention to detail, you inspect the site thoroughly and document your findings from which an estimate can be directly prepared. Using your exceptional leadership skills, you direct your crew in an efficient manner. You are a get-it-done person who likes to be active and isn't afraid to jump right in and work alongside your crew to make things happen.
Jobs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner when you're at the reigns! You troubleshoot problems as they occur in the field and find solutions. Always one step ahead, you are a vital part of helping customers get back on their feet. As you restore homes and businesses you are kind, considerate, and involved in the entire water, fire, or mold remediation process. You take pride in your work and feel good about being able to "save the day" for people in our community while helping us build a loyal customer base!
Certified as a Lead Renovator with AHERA, WRT, AMRTAble to work in confined spaces, and in environments that contain mold and dustValid WA state driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to respond quickly when scheduled for on-call rotationsAble to lift a minimum of 50lbsLocal and within 40 miles of our office location
