Store Manager - Growing Fast Casual ConceptDescription Our growing fast casual restaurant CHICAS TACOS is seeking a Store Manager to join our team and lead on our NEW OPENING IN VENICE!About Chicas Tacos: Chicas pioneered the movement of utilizing fresh and never-frozen ingredients in a bold yet balanced menu inspired by the vibrant flavors of Mexico. we serve only the highest quality ingredients, prepared to order, in a warm, welcoming fun environment! We are expanding into at least two new locations this year and are growing our team!You will directly supervise and coordinate both FOH and BOH activities of our team at our new store opening in Venice, CA. Training will take place at any and all of our other three locations, ranging from Culver City and Beverly Grove to our newest location in the Miracle Mile. You will hold our standards as your own and elevate every experience in the restaurant. The skill sets we hold most important are: high energy, positive attitude, brings excitement, resourceful, kind, professional and team leader.You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience along with sharing our Brand Story.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all culinary activitiesOversee guest services and resolve issuesEnsure Covid-19 protocol is being followedEnsure a high quality of ingredients and food preparationTrain and manage kitchen personnelTrain and manage front of house personnelCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needsAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulationsMaintain Food costMaintain Labor CostMonitor daily orderingMeet with company heads and lead monthly meetingOversee the daily operation of food service staffManage inventory of ingredients and suppliesMaintain health standards for raw and finished productsMaintain a positive and thriving work environmentBudgetingResponsible for store P & LAbove all - train the staff to elevate the dining experience, touch tables and make everyone who walks in feel as if they are home and appreciatedRequirements Qualifications:2+ years in MANAGEMENT of food service or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong people skillsExperience working in a guest facing kitchenPrevious experience in food service or other related fieldsKnowledge of common food safety practicesManagement Experience 2+ yearsP & L Experience
