Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Sales Division Manager for our client, Oliver Fire Protection and Security!

Meet planned growth, profit, and customer retention goals through leadership and management of staffThe position will strive to exceed customer expectations by satisfying their needs in a timely, cost effective and high-quality mannerPlan, organize, and staff key office and field positions to support overall department goals and objectivesSchedule, assign, and direct work of department staffReview construction contract documents and coordinate with general contractor/owner and sub-contractors, and gather the required information for design scope and shop drawing preparationReview of specifications and bid documentsProvide a billing breakdown for AIA billings and bill jobs monthly in a timely mannerIssue all closeout documents including certifications & warranty, and As-BuiltsMaintain sales information in CRM databaseAttend walk throughs, visit customers, and steady involvement with relevant associationsMeet or exceed given sales goals, departmentally and individuallyBuild customer relationships through prospecting and estimatingRequirements•Estimating and Project Management experience in Construction, Fire/Security, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related experience•Displayed excellence in managing a team of employees•Ability to be prompt and courteous when interacting with co-workers and Clients•Must have a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record with valid driver's license•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and BlueBeam•Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background verification check.

This position does include entry into Oliver's Incentive Compensation plan, which is variable compensation based on team and individual success.
