Job DescriptionCANNABIS PACKAGING TECH (Evening Shift)

If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Packaging Technicians to work at their production facility 40 mins Northeast of Amherst, MA. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a permanent role!
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

As a Packaging Technician, you will help to measure cannabis products, package the product, and then label the product accordingly. You may also get to help collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality. You may perform a variety of other processing tasks as needed. While experience packaging cannabis is not required, you should have experience adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to closely follow standard operating procedures is required. You should also have the ability to sit, stand, twist, AND kneel for up to 8 hours at a time. If you are the type of individual who is always on time and is excited to come to a fast-paced work environment each day ready to give 100%, then this could be the right opportunity for you.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or olderEligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of MassachusettsAbility to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/dayAbility to perform repetitive motions with your handsAbility to work in climates with varying temperaturesAttention to detailWillingness to take directionAbility to lift at least 50 poundsProven work ethic and reliable transportationAbility to arrive on timeWillingness to comply with OSHA regulations
Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50/hr
