GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with producers, clients, carriers and other internal team members in order to manage the servicing, marketing, growth and retention of an assigned book of business.

BOOK OF BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers and internal team

Educate, advise and make recommendations to clients regarding policy coverages, changes, exclusions and needs

Perform account reviews to ensure adequate coverage

Manage new and renewal business marketing

Evaluate and negotiate carrier quotes on client's behalf

Promote growth of existing book through account rounding

Bind coverage within established limits

Resolve all policy and coverage related concerns

Maintain a broad knowledge base of carrier underwriting guidelines

Manage client files to ensure proper documentation

Other duties, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

1 year of account management or customer service experience

Must have a team-oriented mindset

Exceptional organizational skills and capability of keeping multiple projects moving

Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both written and verbally

Ability to work respectfully with clients, producers and other staff members

REQUIREMENTS

Property and Casualty License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
