Job Description:
A PIRTEK Shop Specialist services walk-in customers at our hose repair shops. This position requires an inquisitive nature, mechanical background, and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful.
A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Shop Specialist ensures customers receive world-class service to get their equipment back up and running.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hoses with efficiency and accuracyAnticipate and address customer needsMaintain showroom and shop inventory, tools, and facilitiesStreamline and support daily processesFollow-up with customers to generate additional businessQualifications:
Experience in a customer-facing roleHigh school diploma or GEDStrong organizational and computer skillsMechanically inclined (experience in hydraulics a plus)Excellent communication skillsBenefits:

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
