BA/BS, or equivalent experience2+ years of applicable progressive professional and business experience, HR experience preferredClient focus with outstanding judgment and critical thinkingAbility to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast paced environmentExperience with retail/merchant environment preferred, interest and understanding of Fashion IndustryExcellent verbal, written and problem solving skillsFour- year college degreeAs The HR Generalist, You Will:

Serve as the Corporate main point of HR contact and manage the implementation of HR processes and initiatives for associates in assigned client groups.Support information for all employee lifecycle events:Partner with TAG to manage the job requisition processAdminister new hire, promotion and exit interview activitiesOversee New Hire Orientation planning and executionPartnering with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional onboarding experienceManage documentation for associate changes, including internal offer letters, salary, supervisor and position changesLiaise with support teams to manage general reporting and data requests.Coordinate the VISA process and annual budget to business needs.Support the HRBP team activities throughout the year:Annual Review ProcessObjective Setting ProcessRoundtablesMerchant Rotation/Release Date TrackingParticipation and/or lead in Corporate task forces and special projectsAd hoc responsibilities as neededYour Life and Career at SFA:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is between $67,538 - $84,423 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
