Senior Account Executive Company/Location:

Account Services RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate project development with client and internal agency creative team including project brief development Follow through on all product tactical materials and plans (internally and with client) Interact with all members of agency product team to ensure accurate information exchange and smooth flow of brand work Partnership with Project Management to coordinate efficient flow of projects throughout the agency Work with PM team to prepare estimates for all product jobs and circulate to client for appropriate approvals Partnership with Project Management to track budgets regularly Management of all monthly billing and product finances Review and comment on creative work prior to client submission, ensuring client direction is addressed Develop weekly status reports with project coordinator Ensure accurate production timelines for internal and client distribution are initiated at beginning of each project Develop short-term planning for the product Follow agency procedures to ensure quality of the creative product Participate in industry conferences as opportunity arises Maintain the product competitive folder on the server and circulate new ad evaluations/POV to agency and client product teams Manage and oversee teams adherence to server maintenance for account Review medical journals for product-related articles to be distributed, working with the team to develop a summary of highlighted facts and POV for agency and client brand teams Work with supervisor to write strategic documents to service the brands needs/review supervisors strategic documents Attend Medical/Regulatory meetings and be able to support agency work and capture input Maintain knowledge base of current market situation (ie, competitive news stream, social feeds, Firstword etc) Maintain day-to-day contact with core brand team members to ensure proper information flow from client to agency/agency to client Develop relationship with client departments (i.e., regulatory, production, marketing operations) Attend client meetings and provide written summary/contact report of discussions, and internal briefings Represent agency work within the context of core team/regulatory team reviews and following through with modifications based on the feedback Attend primary review/review committee meetings as needed Develop product scientific knowledge base (includes understanding of product indications, market research, marketing plans, competitive brand promotion/intelligence, and sales training binder) Develop understanding of client corporate culture Model core values of Courage, Curiosity, Generosity, and Grit In person client travel is required QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, communications, science, or related area 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical advertising Effective communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comprehensive, strategic, and systematic thinker Display an interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and industry Excellent writing skills Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, search, etc Ability to anticipate needs, changes, problems Ability to proactively identify solutions as challenges arise The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. $70,000 - $99,500 Omnicom Health Group is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
