The Bloomington Bison are looking for energetic and motivated local college students for our 2024-25 Game Operations internship program. We aim to provide our interns with rich sports industry experience and help to prepare them for their future opportunities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in gathering digital analytics and compiling reportsContribute to the planning and development of marketing, community, and digital content strategiesHelp monitor Bloomington Bison social media pagesPlan and execute content for all Bloomington Bison social channelsAttend community events to gather photos and social content as neededSkills and Requirements
Able to receive college credit for your internshipMust be able to work the majority of home gamesMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to work effectively with little to no supervisionMust be able to troubleshoot in response to challengesMust have excellent communication skills and act as a team ambassador with every interactionMust have excellent strong personal organizational skills
*Please note: Interns are paid $50 for game day shifts, though office hours and community events are unpaid. This is not a remote opportunity, must be local to the Bloomington area during the season.
