This position will consist of a flexible 9-6 pm Monday through Friday schedule, with on-call and overtime as needed.

Cincinnati and Dayton are within close proximity. Client has 65 site locations in these 2 cities. We were covering the cities with 5 technicians and holding 80%+ utilization. We have lost a technician currently and running over 90% utilization with many cases going to third party.

CompTIA A+ Plus 1 Group -Min 1 OEM Desk/Notebook -Dell Enterprise -Basic non-warranty repair skills training (Cabling, Printers, Network, Servers) And/or -Client Print Basics + Printers assigned -Lexmark Print Basics + Printers assigned And/or -Client Printer Basics + Printers assigned
What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware. Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware. Experience with asset management. Install, move, add, and change. Large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention. Comfortable with face to face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customer's site Back up and burn end user data. Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes. Assist other coworkers in resolution of end users' technical issues across the program. Assist Site Leader in the execution of established processes and escalations. Ability to handle multiple projects. Experience working in enterprise environment. Be physically able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, crawl, and Client in order to support customer computer systems. Be able to be on feet and physically walk potentially a good portion of the day while visiting customers work area.and logistics is a plus
