Clay Cooley Nissan of Duncanville is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and professional Internet Sales Manager to assist in developing and maintaining our sales force. We are committed to hiring a highly skilled performer with a proven success record, integrity, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional experiences for our customers.
Job functions include but not limited to:
Works directly with the Internet Sales Team to develop enriching relationships to establish a strong network of clients and prospects. The Internet Sales Manager oversees CRM utilization.Demonstrates leadership by establishing clear goals and objectives for the sales-oriented performance. The Internet Sales Manager develops and maintains the new hire and interview process for the Internet Sales Team.Engages and motivates the Internet Sales Team to achieve performance objectives by facilitating regular sales training for ongoing team growth.Ensures success through a high level of involvement in day-to-day internet operations and sales projections.Analyzes business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to enhance the performance of the Internet Sales Team.Employee Compensation Package:
