** Sales Operations Assistant Manager****Job Category****:** Resort Operations **Requisition Number****:** SALES003694 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****JOB OVERVIEW****SUMMARY**:The Sales Operations Assistant manager is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Manager in maintaining the people, process and sales building in Member Relations, while directing staff and overseeing the overall guest experience of the tour process. The Sales Operations Assistant manager must ensure that the tour functionality is maintained, while facilitating efficiencies and improvements aligned with standard operating procedures.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**- Responsible for analytics of operational information and decisions based on needs and budget concerns.- Possess high attention to detail while maintaining standards of quality control in cleanliness, functionality and efficiencies.- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.- Establishes a safe, secure, and guest forward work environment.- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, while coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.- Responsible for development, coordination, and enforcement of systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information, concurrently defining objectives, and evaluating outcomes.- Maintains quality service by enforcing customer service best practices.- Analyzes and resolves quality and customer service problems by managing customer needs, identifying trends and recommending system improvements.- Manages guest experience zones, while ensuring safety, proper maintenance, and cleanliness.- Monitors employee scheduling, staffing logs, deposit audits and necessary reporting functions therein.- Responsible for financial stewardship of assigned functions and personal responsibility/accountability for all designated tasks.- Mitigates onsite challenges, provides excellent internal and external customer service, while serving as a liaison for departmental partnerships.- Develops personal growth opportunities and professional succession plans for associates.- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.****EDUCATION:** High school diploma or general education degree required (GED) . College degree or 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.******TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** *(If applicable)*: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess high-level knowledge of general computer skills. Experience with TSW, SAM Live, Salesforce preferred.******EXPERIENCE:** 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
