This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support marketing analysts with project coordination, pulling data, and other project support as needed.Organize and communicate site and email marketing campaigns to cross-functional teams.Request and validate promo codes and audiences for segmented promotions.Willingness to learn basic SQL code to pull test performance and update reports.Ability to be agile and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Be a self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Other duties as required.Required Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or 1 year of work experience as a coordinator role within a business settingProven attention to detail, strong curiosity and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products.Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to working on multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.Experience in drafting professional written communication to internal and external stakeholders.Familiarity with data analysis and incorporating data into decision making.
