The Qumulo experience makes file data management simple with continuous new features, a single solution for all workloads, and access to customer success experts on your schedule.**About the Position:**The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) will focus on current and prospective channel partners in the Central region of the United States. They will develop strategies to increase Qumulo sales through Qumulos Channel & OEM Partners. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency. This individual must be highly motivated, self starting, tenacious and accountable to the role and responsibilities. It is critical that he/she align well with the Area VP of Sales (AVP) and Territory Account Managers (TAM's) in the assigned region.**Essential Functions:*** **Partner Enablement:** PSMs must be able to provide training, on-boarding, partner productivity, market development and other critical processes to enable their partners.* **Lead Generation:** PSM's must be actively involved in partner marketing activities work with marketing to develop unique events that are aligned to the markets, customers and verticals that Qumulo is targeting. Build metrics that can measure the effectiveness of the events that can be tied back to partner registrations and sales opportunities.* **Business Planning:** Develop a sales strategy and business plan for the top major partners in each TAMs region. The business plan will be used as a roadmap for a 'Go to Market' and program development, including sales goals.* **Build Mindshare:** Focus on maintaining and deepening relationships with Channel Partner accounts to create higher awareness and activity with Qumulo. Build trust and credibility with all the key partner teams that leads to higher sales and business development.* **Collaboration:** Work closely with AVPs, TAMs and all of our internal resources on the development and execution of a partner sales strategy for each territory. Build a one-team approach with each TAM with their respective partners and internal resources.**Education & Experience*** Minimum of 5 years of highly-successful, channel sales experience is required* Past experience successfully selling technology solutions is highly desired* Relationships with the key partners across the Central region* Strong understanding of Cloud Sales and partner Cloud programs* A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field is preferredQumulo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
