We're currently seeking an individual with a documented track record of success as a sales leader managing teams of 5 to 10. The main duties consist of supervising, coaching, and managing sales team consisting of hunters and farmers. The role also includes building strategic sales plans for team that align with the company's revenue targets, recruiting, hiring, and training the staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, experience building teams from scratch including boarding and ongoing development. Responsibilities:Directs sales organization operations and develops the tactics, operational plans, and processes to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives.Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations.Oversees goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance.Implements methods and systems to effectively analyze and monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors and expand the customer base.Uses market and customer insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs.May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales.Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.Recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful.Understand the impact of operational initiatives from a salesperson's perspective.Manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.Qualifications

Qualifications:

7 plus years' experience as a sales leader; related professional experience in food/hospitality, distribution, or service a plusLed teams of 10 or more peopleExcellent with Microsoft Office packagesExperience with CRM or any other cloud-based programs recommendedExcellent time management and prioritization skillsExcellent communication skillsWell-developed math and business skillsOutstanding negotiation skillsAbility to coach, manage and delegateHigh level of understanding of the marketBenefits:
