Quantum Controls comprehensive suite of modules streamlines business processes while optimizing a companys operational performance.**Job Summary**The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals that are focused on efficiently and effectively closing inbound leads. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, coaching, developing a team of new and existing inside sales reps while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and HR.As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for pipeline reviews, managing forecasts for the team, and leading the team with consistently meeting or exceeding goals.**Responsibilities*** Be part of a sales team that sells ERP software to the Aftermarket Aviation space* The Inside Sales Manager will lead a small team that is responsible for selling products to our 1600 world-wide existing customers* Individual contribution is included* Lead management, development, & tracking* Outbound calling into territory and accounts from assigned leads* Develop and qualify prospects using specific sales methodology* Sell software licenses over the phone* Lead and Opportunity generation through qualification procedure* Sales support to Territory Account Managers* Maintain database of contacts/leads using company CRM (salesforce.com)* Research & Profile accounts* Gather information and Report on pipeline activity* Forecast sales* Manage customer accounts for the purpose of selling additional software* Pursue new sales opportunities within customer base* Support of Marketing activities* Quota Management* Travel Moderate**Requirements*** Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales management experience* Exceptional sales and sales coaching skills* Demonstrated ability to lead a team to consistently meet or exceed targets* Proven ability to collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive inbound leads* Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience in related sales experience* Ability to leverage systems and process to accelerate sales, with strong attention to detail* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills**Preferred*** SaaS or ERP Sales Experience* Aerospace or Aviation industry experience* Experience developing marketing campaigns that drive inbound sales* Training in a rigorous sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Solution Selling, SPIN, MEDDIC)* Salesforce CRM* Naturally curious, passionate and having a whatever it takes attitude* Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly* Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated and goal-oriented* Enjoy working in a team environment* Ability to quickly adapt to priorities as required in a high-growth environment* Willingness to work hard and put in the extra effort to get the job done* San Diego Location relocation not availableAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status EOE**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
