Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Business Operations Specialist, Sr. in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reviews complex aspects of organizations operations for the purpose of improving operational processes to better serve customers and to make the organization operations more efficientSupports efforts to manages quality, costs and the efficiency of the organizationAnalyzes how information is recorded and communicated and how the process can be improvedEvaluates corporate operations to ensure that they are in compliance with rules and regulationsRecommends process improvements for complex operating processes and proceduresProvides support for oversight of project management in the organizationAssists with financial reportingConducts operational researchSolves complex problems relating to the operation of the organizationMay lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employeesA wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:Desired Experience: 7+ Years in a related positionDesired Education: Baccalaureate degree in a logistics, business, management, or technical field

SECURITY:Secret Clearance is required.
