Oversee daily operations of the auto repair shopEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceManage and mentor a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staffCoordinate schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivityHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionallyMonitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as neededEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standardsAnalyze financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability goalsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customersStay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain shop competitivenessQualifications:
Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role in an auto repair shopStrong knowledge of automotive services and repairsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to lead and motivate a team effectivelyProficiency in using automotive shop management softwareStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license and clean driving recordASE certification or similar credentials are a plus
