Responsibilities:
Retail sell new, used, and brokerage boats and yachts at our waterfront locationsManage store location expenses, assist with advertising and marketing. Oversee and manage inventory levelsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needsNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clientsCollaborate with other VIP teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiativesMonitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior managementStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in retail salesProcess trade information; establish trade valuesQualifications:
Proven experience in high end boat and yacht salesStrong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingExperience in business development and expanding market shareProficiency in using Excel, email, social media or other CRM software for sales tracking and reportingBoat and yacht service experience a plus but not requiredProven closer and problem solverGermain Offers:
