For more information, visit www.Legends.net and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @TheLegendsWay.THE ROLEUnder the leadership of the Director of Concessions, the Concessions Manager will be responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the Concessions operations.ESSENTIALFUNCTIONProvide efficient service and quality products by maintaining proper safety and sanitation procedures as well as ensuring proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment; create a working relationship with local health officialsMonthly inventory for concession's operation, experience with Yellow Dog or other inventory management systems prefered Oversee Scheduling Supervisor team membersComplete weekly department payroll & enter tipsEnsure unit compliance with federal, state, local, and legends regulations regarding sale of alcoholMaintain management staff and ensure proper hiring promoting of associates per Legends standardsWork closely with multiple subcontractors to ensure all needs are met, and the terms of the contract are followedPreserving existing programs and developing new concepts to ensure the highest possible quality of food and serviceResponsible for operational budget, managing monthly P&L statements and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurateProvide leadership, coaching and mentorship to a staff, responsible for executing the concessions team business planSustain cost as it pertains to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelinesUnion Experience preferredPerforming other related duties, tasks and responsibilities are requiredQUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will have a degree with a minimum of 2-5 years' management experience in the high volume foodservice industry, preferably in concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venueUnion experience strongly preferredMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environmentDemonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiativesCustomer service oriented mindset with the ability to communicate with employees, vendors, client representatives and guests in a positive and professionalMust be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to work in a team environmentKnowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to obtain and maintain TEAM Coalition Alcohol CertificationExperience with ABI, YellowDog, UKG/UltiPro preferredCOMPENSATION Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.WORKING CONDITIONSLocation: On SiteThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
