We're in search of an experienced Sales Director to lead a team of sales professionals and drive sales for self-consumption food products in North Arlington, NJ (Newark). The role offers a competitive salary of $100-125k plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Meet sales targets and revenue goals.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Knowledge of food industry trends and market dynamics.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
