Summary:
If you're looking for a job that allows you to be hands on, be passionate, and build incredible signs, that can turn into an expansive career, we're currently hiring for full-time positions in our Channel Letter department, and you may be the perfect fit. With nearly endless opportunities to work overtime. Team members in this department are tasked with the production of various sign types and their components.

Acquire different skills from electrical wiring to using different power tools. Learn industry standards and troubleshooting skills. Understand Manufacturing Processes and Industrial Implementation Hands on experience with assembly operations and process control Daily experience metal forming, fabricating, inspection/testing, and packaging Mechanic training program through apprenticeship Responsibilities include:
Ensure products are being built to specification and meeting customers' standards. Operates equipment used to cut, bend and drill to specified shapes. Operates metal fabricating machines (shears, saws, breaks, bending machines, and punch and forming presses) Welds, rivets, or bolts components together (primarily aluminum) Trim capping experience a plus. Review daily schedule requirements to determine priorities. Assist with other projects or responsibilities, as assigned. Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Entry level to 2 years' experience Casual work environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of what an employee might encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Typical shop conditions: generally protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles, you may be working with saws, welding equipment, or grinders. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; work with their hands handle, or feel, whether directly manipulating components or using controls on an assembly machine. Employee must be able to talk or hear over shop noise. Employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time at worktables. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 to 75 pounds and move it for at least 50 feet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
