What You Will Do (Responsibilities)Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake.Report on the activities you completed with your clients and provide updates on their physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.Observe patients and notify supervisors of issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment.Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed.Have fun and engaging conversations with clients to build relationshipsConversation and companionship, potential to accompany to appts, outings, and social eventsStand-by/assist with ambulationAssist with the maintenance and cleaning of medical equipment and suppliesAdhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environmentHelping clients with grocery lists, meal prep, and planningClient errands/shopping and transportation (as applicable)Medication remindersLighthousekeeping assistance and supportWhy be a Senior Helpers of Warrenton CNA?
