We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals and values.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews Management of employee benefits Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Contribute to the development and delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role Strong understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion principles Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
