The Event Assistant will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to start their career in event management.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.Support the event team in organizing event materials and equipment.Help with the setup and breakdown of event venues.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.Assist in post-event activities, including evaluations and reporting.Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Qualifications:
