We are currently partnered with a growing company that happens to be a prominent player in the automotive industry, seeking an
HR Generalist
to join their team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring that their Human Resources runs smoothly by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
This is a direct-hire and is an onsite (Irvine, CA) position.
Core Duties:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, managing job postings, applicant screening, interview processes, and facilitating comprehensive onboarding.Administer employee benefits programs, encompassing health, dental, and vision insurance.Ensure rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying abreast of existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence, and advising management on requisite actions.Address internal and external HR-related inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain and update management guidelines while proposing enhancements to HR policies and procedures.Conduct and analyze exit interviews, providing strategic recommendations for continual improvement.Stay abreast of professional and technical knowledge through active participation in educational workshops, diligent review of professional publications, establishment of personal networks, and engagement in professional societies.Manage benefits, leaves, and workers' compensation reporting.Collaborate in the meticulous handling of our semi-monthly payroll for a workforce exceeding 300 employees.What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist role.Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems, with a preference for expertise in Paycom.Showcase a profound understanding of state and federal employment laws.Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Display proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR-related and payroll laws.
