This is an incredible opportunity to lead financial operations for a dynamic and rapidly growing telecommunications company. We're seeking an exceptional Corporate Controller to join our client's team in this critical role. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and control functions, contributing to the continued success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP.Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage external audits and liaise with auditors to address any findings or recommendations.Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and ensure compliance with changes in regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.What Makes This Position Awesome:

CPA license required.8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related field strongly preferred.Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Proven track record of implementing and maintaining internal controls and driving process improvements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite or some other ERP systems preferred.
