Salary Range : Up to $150k to $200k depending on experience
Qualifications :
Accounting Knowledge :Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Familiarity with construction ERP systems.Experience with consolidation accounting for C-Corporations with LLC subsidiaries.Leadership Skills :
Ability to run a team of 5-6 people.Independence :
Individuals who are independent and do not require micromanagement.Industry Experience :
Experience in General Contracting (GC), Mechanical, Engineering, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.Regulatory Knowledge :
Experience with multi-state corporate registrations and licensing.Knowledge of sales and use tax rules for contracting.Familiarity with heating and air replacement.Must have multi-state work experience, including:Department of Revenue.Secretary of State / State licensing boards Paperwork rules.
Position Type : Hands-on role requiring proactive involvement. The ideal candidate could fill a VP role but the focus is on being a doer, not a manager.
