The Entry Level Marketing Management Trainee will be exposed to a dynamic blend of leadership development, management strategy, and operations knowledge.
The Entry Level Marketing Management Trainee role is a perfect fit for someone who craves leadership but lacks current skills to do so and desires to make a difference in a company and rapidly growing industry.Overview at the Entry Level:
As a customer-focused firm, you will learn first hand what it means to be the front line of representation for clientele. You will interact and handle customer needs directly while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to train and manage a team by leading from the front.Ultimately, the goal of the entry-level Marketing Management Trainee is to develop into a Territory Manager during the course of training. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all the representatives in your district and coordinating business development and sales efforts to achieve monthly targets.In order to be successful, you will be trained in every position leading up to management to ensure an in-depth understanding of each department and business functionality. This will include the basic functions of the role as well as how to properly identify and recruit talent for those positions in the future.Become a master at sales and customer service, the foundation of any company. The entry-level Management Trainee must be an expert communicator and have a solid foundation of customer service and sales expertise.Who We Are Looking For:A self-starter, with a desire to embark on the start of a successful career in leadership.
