The Assistant Store Manager will contribute and support store teams to the increase sales, customer loyalty, and directly managing top VIC customers in order to achieve all business targets and KPIs. The Assistant Store Manager with liaison with the Store Manager on all things relating to the store i.e. sales, reporting, operations, coaching and development. The Assistant Store Manager will be able to work autonomously stepping in as the leader when the Store Manager is out of the business.* Is a Brand Ambassador for the company, reflects the brand image at all times and ensures that the team is aligned as well* Support to increase the brands footprint in their local market* Alongside the Store Manager, provides a best in class customer experience that is required from the brand, holding the teams accountable to the same expectation at all times* Responsible for not only driving sales, but ensuring all stores teams are building and developing client relationships* Supports the Store Manager in the optimization of the global sales performance, directly managing the Top/ VIC customers, increasing the customer service standards and working for the continuous development of the teams product knowledge and selling skills* Supports the Store Manager in order to give all the necessary information to the Director of Stores* Supports the Store Manager in order to instill cohesion amongst the team, ensuring they are carrying out their responsibility to the best of their abilities* Supports the Store Manager with monthly touch bases with sales team in regards to their client book up keep, outreach, follow-up and new customer acquisition* Continuously supports the Store Manager in the team management directly related to coaching and feedback**Privacy Preference Center**** Manage Consent Preferences**Always Active
