Overview:
The Sales Automation Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales automation and enablement tools to sell and service premium seating across multiple Oak View Group venues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales and customer journey processes to ensure our systems are effectively supporting our business goals.This role will work closely with other departments and is a Monday Friday in-person role based out of the Oak View Group office in Austin, TX.This role will pay a salary of $120,000 - $130,000.Benefits for FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 12 holidays).This position will remain open until September 30, 2024Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of sales enablement software including user and license management, new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups for Premium SalesBuild and maintain standardized automated sales and service sequences to improve the sales and customer relationship management process for premium seating across multiple OVG venuesContinually evaluate and improve sales automation processes to enhance productivity and sales effectivenessCreate, manage, and execute sales enablement software data management, flows, and hygiene standards/best practices across multiple OVG venuesOversee the integration of sales automation software with CRM and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow across platformsConduct ongoing user training sessions and support at multiple OVG venues to maximize internal adoptionCreate training materials for sales enablement software usersCoordinate and manage lead and campaign distribution across multiple sales teams and venuesAssist the marketing team with developing and executing marketing campaigns to support premium sales and lead generationAssist in the development of business intelligence solutions to support decision-makingSupport analyst and coordinator projectsUpgrade sales enablement software with relevant updates and optimized integrationsMonitor system health and security and perform regular system auditsWork with sales automation vendors to optimize integrations, resolve issues, troubleshoot support-related items, implement updates, and leverage new featuresImport, export, and manipulate data as neededComplete other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)Minimum of 6+ years experience in sales automation, lead generation, or similar roleProficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Outreach preferredStrong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processesProficiency in sales automation software customization including sequence building and maintenanceExperience with CRM integrations and third-party applicationsExcellent data management skills, including data imports/exports and data quality managementFamiliarity with marketing automation tools
