Responsibilities:Complete all training Development PlansLeadership by example to all team members and managersProvide excellent employment experience for team members and managersProvide friendly and enthusiastic customer serviceTrain and demonstrate company standards to all team members and managersMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentManage equipment and inform management of maintenance needsOther work assignedCapabilities Requirement:
Demonstrate strong leadership, creating an environment of successManage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooksInventory management: the management of food costsEnsure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasksHire and schedule staff to provide a quality guest experienceEnsure accurate cash handling and store operationsMeet or exceed budgeted operating goalsMaintain product quality standards
