We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple Scheduler positions in our Program Management division. This position will require you to work from our client’s office. We’re currently seeking to fill roles in each of the following areas: Binghamton, Geneva, Mechanicville and Plattsburgh.The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.The Scheduler will be responsible for creating and scheduling work in various customer owned scheduling programs. The Scheduler will perform critical path analysis, risk assessment and baselining; calculate SPI and CPI measures for earned value management and analyze results to track project variances for project performance reporting. The Scheduler works closely with the project team and will facilitate and attend cross functional meetings related to scope and project financials to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met. They are responsible for producing a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports in support of our project planning and control initiatives. They play a key role in ensuring that policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
