As a behavior technician you will work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic. Behavior Technicians will utilize ABA strategies/techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills (e.g., communication, socialization)Behavior technicians will be given high quality training, emphasizing hands-on learning.Behavior technicians will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive ongoing training/feedbackBehavior technicians will also record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clientsOther administrative tasks will be assigned as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients)What You'll Need:
Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferredMust pass background checkReliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license requiredTB test requiredBachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferredABA experience preferredRBT certification a plusApplication Process Steps at DV Therapy:

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
