Growing CPA firm in North Phoenix is looking to add a Tax Manager to their staff.This position is in office.
Duties-
Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance servicesManage tax engagements and workload efficientlyManage clients and their expectationsPrepare corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate tax returnsProvide leadership to Tax Accountants and StaffExperience handling IRS and state noticesUnderstanding of QuickBooksMaintain knowledge of changing tax regulationsExperience/Knowledge -
Licensed CPA5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accountingExperience preparing forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041s and 1040sAbility to be a creative thinker and provide value and ideas to clients and the Firm2 years of supervising and training experience preferredAbility to review work prepared by tax accountantsProficient in corporate, partnership and individual taxationExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills required for managing multiple client engagementsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with UltraTax preferred but not required
