EGAMI Group is looking for an HR Generalist to join the HR Department, working directly with the head of HR. This is an ideal position for a HR Professional with proven Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is seeking more responsibilities. The role will work closely with the head of HR and Supervisors to create, implement and track agency wide HR initiatives and programs, while also acting as the main contact for employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Includes but not limited to):
Involvement in all aspects of the HR functionsMaintain current knowledge of all HR related laws and guidelinesCommunicate news and vital information to staffContribute to People & Culture projects across the businessAssist with talent management initiatives by interviewing, coordination and talent sourcingDevelop, prepare, and analyze reports with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Manage the recruitment process: post ads on recruitment & professional websites; track, schedule and communicate with job applicants and agency vendors.Manage new employee on-boarding process including background checks, orientation, benefits enrollment, and employee engagement.Serving as a contact for employees to enquire about HR policies/programs, assist in resolving issues, navigating dynamics, and driving career growthContributing to and / or leading pieces of HR programs, initiatives, projects, and process improvementsProviding support with HR administrationUnderstanding and displaying good judgment regarding the overall business, applicable laws and policies, internal and external culture and the agency's vision, mission and valuesREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field requiredA minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Human ResourcesStrong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergenciesAbility to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all timesStrong knowledge of laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareUnderstanding and application of employment legislationUnwavering integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential informationA collaborative work style and who knows that no job is too big or too small, from helping with IT issues to sending out agency communicationsAn approachable demeanor when working with staff at all levels and an ability to remain calm under pressureA sense of humor and ability to embrace change within an entrepreneurial environmentA knack for managing multiple priorities and delivering on tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA desire to grow with our growing agencyA proven ability to build relationships based on trust and respectDemonstrates EGAMI's Core ValuesWorks in the office at least two (2) days/ weekABOUT EGAMI GROUP
