Account Coordinator/Assistant Account Executive
Reports to:
Account Executive
Summary:
The Account Coordinator/ Assistant Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as managing the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns. They will work closely with the Account Executive, Creative Director, and other members of the agency team to ensure that client needs are met and that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. We are looking for candidates local to the Phoenix area.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns. Traditional, Digital and Social Work closely with the Account Executive, Creative Director, and other members of the agency team to ensure that client needs are met and that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget Help develop and present marketing proposals to clients Track and report on campaign results Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Attend industry events and conferences Represent the agency at client meetings and events Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field 0-3 years of experience, preferably in Marketing or similar Experience in project management using tools like Advantage, active collab, and workamajig Experience with Traditional, Digital and Social marketing is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with project management tools is a plus Desired Skills:
Experience with Google Suite Experience with Social Media marketing Experience with Content Creation Experience with Lead generation
