Overview:
Cordoba Corporation is looking for a Junior Scheduler for our Education sector. As a Junior Scheduler, youll play a vital role in coordinating program schedule updates and ensuring data integrity. Your responsibilities include analyzing schedules, performing quality assurance and quality control on P6 schedules, validating logic ties, and reviewing contractors schedule submissions. Youll also engage with project teams, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and contribute to critical path and earned value analyses.Responsibilities:Assists schedulers with program schedule updates while coordinating input from various Facilities teamsAnalyzes schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrityPerforms QA/QC on P6 schedules and validates logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project typesPerforms QA/QC on contractors schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and termsReads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.Performs Critical Path and Earned Value analysesAssists the scheduling team in reporting projects as necessary
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements Required Experience:One (1) year of full time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.On Site Role in Los AngelesRequired Skills:Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staffSuperior organizational and planning skillsRequired Education:Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementSalary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per yearLocation: Los Angeles, CAOur Company:Cordoba Corporation, Making a DifferenceCordoba Corporation is a nationally recognized civil engineering, construction management, program management, and planning firm.
