Groundskeeping Laborer

Burkentine is growing and as a result we are looking to add a Groundskeeping Laborer to our team to support our Property Maintenance team. The Groundskeeping Laborer will be responsible for maintaining site landscaping within Burkentine communities. This position will report directly to the Groundskeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns.Weeding and mulching landscape bedsTrimming small trees, hedges, and shrubsRemoving unwanted, dead, or damaged treesPlanting shrubs, flowers, and treesWatering gardens, lawns, and landscapesMonitoring and maintaining plant health.Qualifications and Required Skills
Must have a valid driver's license.Must be 18 years+1+ year landscaping or related experience.Ability to safely operate machinery (as instructed by management).Available to work overtime if needed.Proficient with sending emails.* Applicants considered for hire will be subject to a pre-employment background check *
