As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues Schedule services and dispatch technicians Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements:

Previous customer service and sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as QuickBooks Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Team player who can work independently Be highly organized and detail-orineted Be able to be friendly at all times on the phone Must be a self-starter and punctual Have a clean driving record Pass a background and drug screen before being hired Experinece in the construction field is a plus Skill Requirements / Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Answer phone and schedule appointments Check email and voice mail for messages and return calls Review schedule for day/week Communicate and review jobs with service technicians Make appopintment confirmation calls Data entry with 45 wpm typing skills We us Micorsoft Office, so a working knowledge of Word and Excel is a requirement

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
