We seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electronic Quality Inspector to join our team. As an Electronic Quality Inspector, you will ensure that electronic components and products meet quality standards and specifications.Responsibilities

Perform inspections and testing of electronic components and productsVerify product conformity to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirementsUse measurement tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to perform dimensional inspectionsPerform visual inspections to identify defects, imperfections, or irregularitiesRecord and document inspection results and findingsIdentify and report non-conforming products or materialsFollow standard inspection procedures and work instructionsAssist in the development and improvement of quality inspection processesCollaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety guidelines and practicesMeasures product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the manufacturing specificationsRequirements

High school diploma or equivalent5 years of experience in mechanical and electronic assembly inspectionPrevious experience as an Electronic Quality Inspector or similar roleKnowledge of electronic components and their quality requirementsExperience with quality inspection techniques and toolsUnderstanding of quality standards and regulations in the Aerospace & Defense industry (e.g., AS9100, J-STD-001 soldering and IPC-610)Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and engineering drawings, manufacturing operation sheets for detailed parts, sub-assemblies, and final assembliesAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficient in using measurement tools, such as calipers and micrometersBasic computer skillsExperience with inspection software or systems is a plusASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification is a plusBenefits
