We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees and management. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues. Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management. Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Stay up to date on relevant HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist duties Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software SHRM or HRCI certification preferred Benefits:
