RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base.Perform tax research, working with clients on tax matters and implementing special projects, identifying and implementing tax planning, preparation of tax calculations and management of client relationships.Participate in recruiting and the development of staff on your team.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, masters preferredCPA Required5-7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blendProven leadership skills in developing and managing client services teamsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environmentExceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsPossess effective writing, communication, and tax research skillsExperience with tax technology is a plus
